🔼 New Era, Same Expectations. The Adam Howard era has arrived for Troy men’s basketball, but the championship expectations remain the same.
With back-to-back Sun Belt regular-season and tournament championships and consecutive NCAA Tournament appearances, the Trojans have piled up the success over the past few seasons, but enter this year with a new look roster and coaching staff.
The Trojans will get tested early and often with a home opener against UMass on November 2, followed by road trips to Florida State and NC State.
🔼 Back In The Lab. Reaching 20+ wins in seven of the past eight seasons, the Troy women’s hoops team is back on the court for the official start of practice leading up to the 2026-27 season under Chanda Rigby.
Over the past three seasons, the Trojans have averaged nearly 24 wins and over 14 league wins per year.
Troy is set to open up this year at Kent State as part of the MAC-SBC Challenge on Monday, Nov. 2.
🔼 Hit The Links. Coming off the most historic season in Troy baseball history, now is your chance to hit the links with the Trojan diamond boys.
The fifth annual Skylar Meade Golf Classic returns to the Troy Country Club on Friday, Nov. 20.
Participants can enjoy lunch starting at 10:30 a.m. before tournament play begins with an 11:00 a.m. shotgun start. All entries include green and cart fees, range balls, lunch, a Troy Baseball hat, and a ticket for the prize drawing.
Today’s Trojan Top Performance, brought to you by Conecuh Sausage, third-year men’s cross country standout Riley Treadaway. The Dothan, Ala., native led the Trojans to their first team title since 2016 with a personal-best time of 25:46 to earn a second-place individual finish.
