🔼 Troy Football Update. Troy is well past the mid-way point of fall camp, with classes starting on campus on Wednesday. The Trojans went through their first scrimmage Thursday night under the lights at The Vet, and the early returns were positive on both sides of the football.

🗣️ "I loved the way we ran to the football on defense, and the growth of our offense will continue to develop. Thursday was a big step that we needed to take from practice four to practice eight. We walk away from this very encouraged." - Gerad Parker

Parker came into camp with three distinct phases in mind and broke up the schedule accordingly. Troy is practicing in four-day blocks with a break on the fifth day to represent each new phase. The Trojans will close out the final phase of camp this week before taking the field to start the 2024 season.

🔼 Just Got Better. Troy Softball head coach Eric Newell bolstered his coaching staff by announcing one of the nation's top assistants, Emily Carosone, as the Trojans' new associate head coach. Carosone, an Olympian and three-time All-American, joins the Troy program following four seasons at Auburn where she served as the associate head coach in 2024. The Tigers faced the nation's 11^th toughest schedule in 2024, with nine of their 29 victories coming over Quad 1 opponents, the program's most since 2018, including series wins over Alabama and LSU.

19 days until kickoff, Troy Football fans!

Last season, the Trojans secured its fifth victory of the season with a 19-0 win over Army. Troy's defense put on a historic performance as the Trojans handed Army West Point its first home shutout in 20 years thanks in part to the four forced fumbles and an interception.
