🔼 Three Of A Kind. Three straight games with three straight goals equals three straight Ws for the Troy soccer squad.
The Trojans picked up back-to-back 3-0 victories over the weekend, toppling Southeastern Louisiana on Friday evening, followed by a Sunday shutout of Spring Hill to cap off the fun.
It marks the first time since 2014 that Troy has scored three or more goals in three consecutive games.
Alaina Uncapher, Kelsey Barrett and Jiselle Daniels all found the back of the net for the Trojans. Daniels has now scored in her third straight match, while Barrett becomes the first Troy freshman to notch a goal and an assist in the same match since Kendra Cashion in 2018.
🔼 The Comeback Kid. It looked like the Trojans had found their leader with Goose Crowder at the helm of the Troy offense last season.
But the injuries had other ideas as the Trojan gun slinger was sidelined just 11 quarters into the 2024 season.
This fall, the redshirt junior is back for vengeance and the national media believe so too as Crowder was named to the 2025 Comeback Player of the Year Watch List late last week.
