🔼 Leading The Way. Coming off a national runner-up finish at the NCAA Division II Men's Golf Championship and a first-place finish in stroke play at the NCAA Division II Women's Golf Championship, JD Lamm has been named Troy's head women's golf coach.

Lamm, who just completed his fifth season as head coach of both the men's and women's teams at Wingate, has led both Bulldog programs to historic seasons each of the last three years.

He was named the 2026 NCAA Division II Southeast Region Men's Golf Coach of the Year as the Bulldogs captured their first South Atlantic Conference Championship since 2012, advanced through the NCAA South/Southeast Regional and finished as national runner-up at the NCAA Division II Men's Golf Championship.

🔼 And Another One. Another new face with the Troy men’s basketball program was introduced this week.

Head Coach Adam Howard announced the hiring of assistant coach Franklin Miskelly, who will join the Trojans for the upcoming 2026-27 season.

Miskelly comes to Troy following one season as an assistant coach at ULM under former Troy head coach Phil Cunningham. Prior to his time in Monroe, Miskelly spent two seasons as Kansas State's director of video and analytics. During his tenure, the Wildcats won 35 games and earned a berth in the 2024 NIT.  

While in Manhattan, Miskelly assisted in the development of multiple All-Big 12 selections, including Arthur Kaluma and Tylor Perry in 2023-24, as well as Coleman Hawkins and David N'Guessan in 2024-25.

We are 7️⃣8️⃣ Days Away From Kickoff, Trojan Fans!

It was a career that Troy fans won’t ever forget.

7️⃣8️⃣1 times, Kimani Vidal was handed the rock and 7️⃣8️⃣1 times, it was absolutely electric.

The now Los Angeles Charger had a record-setting career with the Trojans. He currently sits as the program record holder in career rushes (7️⃣8️⃣1), rushing yards (4,010) and third in rushing TDs (33).
