The Troy Trojans showed the entire country just what they could do on the baseball field this weekend with monster offensive performances en route to the program’s first-ever regional final, set for this evening in Gainesville against the top-seeded Florida Gators.

After dropping a tough opening game to Miami, the Trojans responded with three straight wins over Rider (15-7), Miami (9-6), and Florida (16-11) to set up today’s winner-take-all matchup with the Gators.

Game time on ESPN+ is set for 5 p.m. CT.

🔼 Signed, Sealed, Delivered. The puzzle pieces are coming together for the Troy men’s basketball program.

Another piece was added on Friday as Trojan head coach Adam Howard announced the signing of transfer Caden Diggs.

Diggs spent his sophomore season at UMBC, appearing in 32 games and averaging 22.9 minutes per contest. A prolific scorer, he shot 48.2 percent from the field and 35.6 percent from 3-point range. The fourth-leading scorer on the America East champion Retrievers, Diggs averaged 10.0 points per game.
