🔼 Teein’ It Up. While you’re a couple hours into your work day, the Troy men’s golf team will be making history as they step to the tees for the first time ever as a program at the NCAA Division I Men’s Golf Championship in Carlsbad, Calif.
 
A three-time National Champion at the NCAA Division II level, Troy's berth in the 2025 NCAA Championship is the first in program history after Tolver Dozier (2015) and Cam Norman (2017) had previously qualified as individuals.

The Trojans enter the NCAA Championship with a pair of team tournament victories and an overall 118-37-2 head-to-head record.
 
The Trojans were under-par in two of their three Regional rounds and have played 17 of their 36 team rounds under-par this season.

🔼 Tickets Punched. A trio of Trojans are postseason bound.

On Thursday, the NCAA announced the entries for the 2025 Track & Field Preliminary Rounds, which included three members of the Troy Track & Field program.

Altwayne Bedward, Tydreke Thomas and Shanyah Washington all punched their tickets for the NCAA East Preliminaries, which are set for Jacksonville, Fla. from Wednesday, May 28 to Saturday, May 31.

🔼 Workin’ For The Weekend. One win sits between the 22nd-ranked Troy baseball team and a spot in the final four weekend at the Sun Belt Baseball Tournament.

Jacob Wax’s clutch HR on Thursday launched the Trojans into Friday and a rematch with Old Dominion set for this afternoon at 4 pm. The winner gets a date with #12 Southern Miss on Saturday to battle for a spot in the Championship game on Sunday.
