🔼 Mashin’ Meier. It was a long ball party on Tuesday night for the Troy Baseball squad as they blasted four HRs to rocket past in-state UAB, 14-15, in its final midweek game of the season.

Leading the way was centerfielder Steven Meier, who picked up the second multi-homer game of his career while adding a career best seven RBIs.

Freshman Matt Dill earned the victory on the mound, tossing 3.2 innings of work without an earned run, while scattering three hits.

🔼 Eye On The Prize. Tomorrow, it’s showtime for the Troy Track & Field program.

The Trojans are set to lace ‘em up at the 2026 Sun Belt Outdoor Track & Field Championships in Mobile, Ala. this week.

Thursday and Friday will mostly consist of prelims action on the track, with the field athletes chasing podium finishes on those days. Saturday will be jam-packed with finals throughout the day.

🔼 Runnin’ It Back. Following a historic 2025-26 season, the Troy women’s squad announced three returners that will be back in a Trojan uniform next year.

Senior Detavia Salter, sophomore Saniya Jackson and junior Shakirah Edwards all will be back at Troy last season. All three played in 30+ games for the Trojans, who earned the program’s first-ever WBIT bid last year.
