Help us send our Men's and Women's teams off to Pensacola in style this afternoon!

Both teams will depart from the Troy University Soccer Lot Friday afternoon.

🔼 The Quest Begins. All the early morning workouts. All the late night film sessions. All the blood, sweat and tears were for moments like this.

Sunday in Pensacola, Troy Athletics and the Troy Alumni Association are welcoming all of Trojan Nation in town for the tournament to join up for a pregame social at The Fish House, located at 600 S. Barracks St., to prepare for the big games.

After that, Troy hoops squads hit the floor at the Pensacola Bay Center in the 2026 Sun Belt Semifinals.  Up first, the second-seeded women’s team will hit the floor at 2 pm in their semifinal matchup, followed by the men just three hours later. Both games will be live on ESPN+.

🔼 The Friendly Confines. For just the second weekend this year, the Troy baseball team returns to Riddle-Pace Field for a three-game series with Big Ten foe, Maryland.

In their only other home series, the Trojans took two-of-three from Campbell, scoring 22 runs on the weekend.

Game times are set for 6 pm, 3:33 pm and 12 pm.

🔼 Making The List. It may not be the holiday season, but Troy baseball standouts Drew Nelson and Aaron Piasecki made a different type of list this week.

On Wednesday, Nelson was named to the John Olerud Two-Way Player Award Watch List and Piasecki was named to the Brooks Wallace Award Watch List.

Today’s Trojan Top Performance, brought to you by Conecuh Sausage, senior left-hander Brock Tapper tossed 2.1 innings of scoreless ball against Vanderbilt on Wednesday afternoon in Nashville. He struck out three and allowed just two hits.
