🔼 Renewed Rivalry. Looking to extend the best start in Division-I program history, the Troy women’s hoops squad returns to the friendly confines of Trojan Arena for a lunchtime matchup with Oakwood today at 12 p.m.

The Trojans (8-1) welcome the Ambassadors (5-4) back for the second straight season after a 109-47 victory on Dec. 4, 2024. It also marks the final women's basketball game in Trojan Arena for 2025, as they enter 4-0.

The next home game is against Texas State on Wednesday, Jan. 7, 2026.

🔼 Renewed Rivalry. No better way to renew an old rivalry than a bowl game, right?

The Troy football team will line up across an old foe next week as the Trojans will compete in the Veterans Bowl in Montgomery, Ala., next Tuesday, Dec. 16 against Jacksonville State.

It will be the first meeting between Troy and Jacksonville State since 2001 and the 64th  all-time between the two programs, by far the most against any opponent in school history.

Kickoff is set for 8 p.m. at The Historic Cramton Bowl. 

Today’s Trojan Top Performance, brought to you by Conecuh Sausage, is, former Troy standout Kimani Vidal, who continued his breakout season for the Los Angeles Chargers on Monday Night Football. Vidal put together his fifth performance of 100+ total yards in LA’s win over Philadelphia, piling up 60 yards receiving and 44 yards rushing.
