One Troy Today 11/17: And Now We Dance...
Trojans Set Program Record To Wrap Up Regular Season, Eye Sun Belt Tournament

🔼 And Now We Dance. The Troy volleyball squad wrapped up its regular season in record-setting fashion.
Behind a program record 17 aces, the Trojans earned a split on the road at App State, taking down the Mountaineers in a five-set thriller on Friday night.
Amiah Butler powered Troy with 26 kills on .388 hitting. Madison Marx and Jordan Sinness combined for 46 assists, and libero Jaci Mesa collected a team-high 20 digs.
Now, the Trojans prepare for this week’s Sun Belt Tournament in Foley, Ala. Troy will take on Marshall in Thursday’s first round with first serve set for 4:30 on ESPN+.

🔼 Under The Lights. In the midst of a breakout season, former Troy standout Reddy Steward is back in primetime tonight.
Steward and his Cowboy teammates are in Las Vegas to take on the Raiders on Monday Night Football.
The former Trojan has piled up 32 tackles, a sack and a formed fumble for Dallas this year.
🔼 What A Guy. Troy junior punter Evan Crenshaw has been named one of 10 semifinalists for the Ray Guy Award, presented annually to the nation's top punter.
Crenshaw entered the week ranked third nationally, averaging 48.3 yards per punt and first with a 45.82 net punting average. The Ponte Vedra Beach, Fla., native has 17 punts of 50-plus yards this season, the next closest semifinalist has nine, and the other nine semifinalists combined are averaging just 6.2 50-yard punts on the season.
He has just two touchbacks on the season, 18 of his 39 punts have been downed inside the 20-yard line

In Troy’s two matches this past weekend, she racked up 40 kills, including 26 in the victory on Friday evening. She has a single-season career-high of 428 kills this fall.
