🔼 Rollin’ On Dubs. Sophomore Cooper Campbell continued his strong start to the 2025 season with a 21-point performance to lead Troy to a hard-fought 64-61 road win at Furman on Friday night.

The Trojans, who now sit at 2-0 this season, found themselves in another tight finish to open the season, tied at 55 with under four minutes to play. The Trojans rattled off seven straight points, including a clutch three from Victor Valdes, to seal the victory.

Thomas Dowd (11 points, six rebounds) and Valdes (11 points, five rebounds) were the other two Trojans in double-figures.

🔼 Ticket Punched. Punch those tickets, ladies!

The Troy volleyball squad clinched its spot in the upcoming Sun Belt Tournament on Saturday, defeating Southern Miss in a five-set marathon.

It was fitting that on a day when the 2025 Senior Class was celebrated, Amiah Butler closed out her Trojan Arena career with a dominant 32-kill performance, the fourth-most all-time in a single match.

Other seniors also stepped up to send Troy back to the postseason. Libero Jaci Mesa capped her home career with a signature performance - a career-high 28 digs along with seven assists. Jordan Sinness added 25 assists and nine digs.

🔼 Kingmani In Action. One thing is for sure, Kimani Vidal is making the most of his opportunity.

Vidal paid his dues and got his chance to start after an injury to the Chargers’ starting running back and the former Trojan is rolling.

For the second time in three weeks, Vidal has found paydirt, finishing with 95 yards rushing and his second career NFL rushing TD in Los Angeles’ dominant victory on Sunday Night Football over the Steelers.

🔼 Sunny Sunday. It was a beautiful afternoon for some baseball and the Trojans got plenty of work in on their final fall exhibition day of the fall on Sunday.

Troy played two games against in-state rival Samford at historic Rickwood Field.

The Trojans showed plenty of firepower both at the plate and on the mound and will be ready for an exciting season next spring.

Today’s Trojan Top Performance, brought to you by Conecuh Sausage, is of course, senior volleyball standout Amiah Butler. With her team needing a win to punch their ticket to the postseason, Butler delivered with a historic performance, unleashing 32 kills in the Trojans’ Saturday win over Southern Miss to secure a postseason berth.
