🔼 Homecoming Week. Troy football returns to The Vet for the first time in nearly a month as the Trojans get set to take on Coastal Carolina in the Homecoming Game. This is the first matchup between Troy and Coastal Carolina since the Trojans defeated the Chants, 45-26, in the 2022 Sun Belt Championship Game. Matthew Caldwell is now the lead signal caller for the Trojans, coming into the matchup fresh off completing 23 of 33 passes and a pair of touchdowns.

🔼 First Won Done. There was no fright for Troy volleyball on Thursday night, as it cruised to a 3-0 victory over ULM in Trojan Arena to open its two-match series against the Warhawks. The offense had its second most efficient hitting performance of the season as it put together a clip of .353 and were led by outside hitters Tori Hester (19 kills) and Kalina Calvillo (13 kills).

🔼 Race For A Title. After a promising end to the regular season at the FSU XC Invitational, the Troy cross country team competes in the Sun Belt Championship meet today at the Graham Creek Nature Preserve. The championship competition opens at 8:30 a.m. for the men's 8k, followed by the women's 5k at 9:15 a.m.

🗣️ "We are way more fit and dramatically healthier than we were at this time last year, which certainly contributes to the excitement… I'm really proud of this crew and how they have challenged themselves throughout the summer and fall to get to this meet ready to go.  It's going to be a fun day." - Brian Cunningham, head coach

🔼 Closing Time. On Senior Night for Trojan soccer, the team finished its 2024 season on a positive note as the defense had another clean sheet in a 0-0 draw against Arkansas State. Troy has now recorded a shutout in back-to-back games, while goalkeeper Nittany Vega, who had three saves tonight, saved all 11 shots on goal that came her way in the past two matches. Jiselle Daniels led the team with five shots while Danielle Trovato picked up a career-high two shots on goal.

🔼 Welcome To The Show. Although the Troy women's basketball team lost a lot of talent from last year, the team reloaded through the transfer portal, including five new guards: Ashley Baez, Adriana Jones, Emani Jenkins, Khila Morris and Briana Peguero. The Trojan newcomers will look to make an impact starting Nov. 4 with a road matchup against Buffalo.

Today’s Trojan Top Performance, brought to you by Conecuh Sausage, is Trojan men’s basketball’s Myles Rigsby. Heading into the 2024-25 season, Rigsby was named to The Bracketeer’s All-American Watch List for non-power conferences.
