🔼 The Road Ahead. This week in Troy Athletics will be another busy one with six Trojan programs in action while football gets its week of rest. Check out which teams will be competing throughout the action-packed week ahead.

🎾 Both Trojan men’s and women’s teams will make appearances on the court this week. The women of Troy are competing at the ITA Southern Regional in Auburn, AL starting on Thursday while the men’s team will have representatives at the ITF Futures in Harlingen, TX starting on Friday.

🏐 Troy volleyball is hitting the road to face off against Georgia Southern in a pair of matches on Thursday and Friday. The match will be aired live on ESPN+ as the Trojans look to improve their ranking in the SBC standings.

⚽️ Trojan soccer will have both home and away matches this week, with the first at the Troy Soccer Complex against Texas State. Then on Sunday evening, Troy will square up against in-state rival, South Alabama for its sixth conference game of the season.

🔼 Listen In. Through six weeks of the season, Troy football will get some much-needed rest as the team takes its bye week. In the meantime, listen in to both Gerad Parker’s and the Troy football players’ press conference as they get ready to take on South Alabama in a road matchup next weekend.

🔼 Hard Work Paid Off. One of the top golfers in Troy history, Fátima Fernández Cano, has earned her LPGA Tour Card after finishing third on the Epson Tour and its Race for the Card rankings. The LPGA Card is the second in Cano's professional history after she earned her way onto the premier stage of women's golf in 2021. The four-time First Team All-Sun Belt selection won the 2014 Sun Belt individual championship as a freshman and played in an NCAA Regional all four years at Troy.

🔼 Start of Fall. Trojan softball opened their fall schedule against Northwest Florida at the Troy Softball Complex on Wednesday, shutting out the opposition, 4-0, behind a team effort in the field. Six pitchers combined to allow zero runs with the help of Troy's defense, forcing NWF to have eight runners left on base. Then against SEC opponent, Mississippi State, the lead changed hands four times, ultimately ending an 11-8 result in favor of the Bulldogs. Sarah Beth Brake led the Trojans in the batter's box with three RBIs, going 3-for-4 with a double and a homer.
