🔼 New Year, Same Dubs. The calendar may have changed, but the results have stayed the same for the Troy men’s hoops squad.

The Trojans showed both the offense and defense during the break, pouring in 100 points in a victory over Texas State (100-80) and stifling South Alabama in a 59-49 win.

Troy, who is 3-0 in league play, is one of just two undefeated Sun Belt squads on the men’s side. The Trojans take a five-game win streak into Wednesday’s road matchup with Arkansas State.

🔼 Playoff Bound. The NFL regular season is wrapped up, but several former Troy standouts are playoff bound.

Four Trojans and their teams punched their ticket this year.

OL Jake Andrews (Texans), DE Javon Solomon (Bills), S Dell Pettus (Patriots) and RB Kimani Vidal (Chargers) will all be in action next weekend as the playoffs get underway.

🔼 Conference Clashes. The historic start of the Troy women’s hoops squad has put the Trojans in good position as conference play takes over the calendar.

Troy split a pair of Sun Belt matchups over the break and head into two critical league home games this week at 2-1 in conference action and 11-3 overall.
