For the Troy women’s hoops team, that sweetness was enjoyed on Saturday as the Trojans exacted revenge from last year’s SBC Tournament with a 81-73 victory over Louisiana, its sixth straight win overall.

Competing at the UCA College Cheerleading National Championships, Troy earned seventh overall in the D1A Small Coed Division.

The Troy men’s tennis team returned to the home courts this past weekend. Facing off against in-state rival, Samford, on Friday, the Trojans blitzed the Bulldogs and rolled to a 6-1 victory to pck up win #1 of the year.
